We kept a similar theme for my son’s first birthday party as my (now) 3 year old daughter’s “southern sweetheart“, and went with Cowboy for his first birthday party!
My favorite project of his cowboy first birthday party was the invitation….I looked online for inspiration and finally settled on creating this one in Microsoft Word.
Coordinating thank you cards were created after the party using a photo of him eating his smash cake!
Decorations and centerpieces were kept simple, as the restaurant was full of character! Desserts included cake pops and twizzler “ropes” displayed in mason jars.
Another favorite was the boot pinata found at Hobby Lobby. If you use the 40% off coupon from their website, the pinata ended up costing under $10!
Overall, this party was a success! My little cowboy and his cousins enjoyed themselves!
